Information we collect
- Calculator inputs. Details like suburb or postcode, property size and clean type are used to produce your estimate. These are processed to show your result and, in aggregate and anonymised form, to improve our pricing model.
- Analytics. We use privacy-conscious, event-based analytics (for example, that a calculator was completed) to understand how the site is used. We do not send names, emails or exact addresses to analytics.
How we use information
- To show you an indicative estimate on your device.
- To understand which content and tools are useful.
- To improve the accuracy of our indicative pricing over time.
Cookies and local storage
We may use your browser's local storage to remember your calculator inputs on your device so you don't have to re-enter them. This data stays in your browser.
Your choices
- You can use the calculators without providing any contact details.
- You can request access to, or deletion of, any personal details you have given us by contacting hello@cleanercost.com.
