Estimates are indicative
- All prices, ranges and times on this site are indicative estimates generated by our own model. They are not quotes, offers, or verified market data.
- Actual prices vary by provider, location, property condition, cleaning scope and availability. Always confirm the actual price with a provider before booking.
- We make no warranty that any estimate will match the price you are quoted or charged.
No commercial relationships
Cleaner Cost is independent. We do not sell cleaning services, take bookings, generate leads, or earn commission from cleaning providers. The site exists to help you understand what cleaning should cost.
Acceptable use
- Use the site for personal, lawful purposes.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or misuse the site.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Cleaner Cost is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the estimates or information provided, or from any dealings with a cleaning provider. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
